Cancellation policy
In the case of reservation change or cancellation on the day, the following cancellation fee will be charged, except for cases due to poor physical condition, accidents, etc.
If you make a reservation on the day, the reservation will be confirmed when you press the reservation button, and a cancellation fee may be charged.
(1) Reservation change/cancellation on the day: 3,300 yen
(2) 3 hours before the reservation time: 50% of the treatment fee
(3) Cancellation after reservation time: 100% of treatment fee
If you cancel without notice, we will not be able to accept future reservations, so please be sure to contact us.
*If you are late, the time may be shortened.
Also, if you are 15 minutes past the scheduled start time of the treatment without contacting us, we may treat it as a cancellation.
Please note.
*For business trips or reservations while sleeping, it may take time to respond, so please make a reservation with plenty of time.

Notes
We cannot provide services to those who fall under the following conditions.
・Those under the age of 18 and the elderly are not allowed.
・Those who are intoxicated or using drugs.
・Those who have a cold or fever
・Those with diabetes and gout
・Persons with bone disorders such as hernias and osteoporosis
・People with heart disease such as myocardial infarction
・Persons with congenital diseases such as brain tumors and cerebrovascular disorders
・Those with warts, severe athlete's foot, or infectious diseases
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
If the start time of the treatment is delayed due to the customer's circumstances, the treatment time may be shortened due to the balance of the next reservation.
